I soooooo agree. Everyone who knows me knows Death By Chocolate is a fate I would most willingly encounter.
We must meet up one day — whack a few rounds of BodyPump and BodyCombat and then reward our efforts with even more rounds of ice-cream, chocolate and other calorific goodness! Malaysia so needs more of these kinda treats!
And haiya, my stories about love very convoluted meh? Next time I include road map with directions.

Not yet to BA and RPM lah… I belum bulk up yet. The max I can tahan in terms of cardio is still BC. I’m trying to do 1 BC + 1 BP and the rest of the week, resistance training with heavy weights and low reps to put on some kilos… I too skinny still lah!
But we’re so on for the ice-cream buffet!
