Woman

Meena and her boys, Part I

.

You attract boys like a pack of bees to honey
Though not all of us gentlemen, you see
We do know we’re in the presence of a lady
For whom we aim to please, to keep always happy.

O! For the charms of your womanly warmth
We’d wilfully be wanton; we’d arrest and alarm!
We’d line up a week early like Singaporeans barmy
If only for a whiff of your sweet scent lemongrassy.

Your seraphic smile would certainly launch
A hundred sailors drunken and staunch
Stumbling and fumbling into tattoo parlours to ink
Your name, on their bouncy biceps, in glorious pink.

O! You wash us ashore with your thighs and your tides
You make us wanna flush and flower from inside
In warm, fuzzy ecstasy till we can dissolve and hide
Between your fingers? your bosom? we shall confide.

You make us gush and blush like harmless fools
We could sustain ourselves just being your tools
Your dappled cheeks, your winsome peaks
Be our lioness, we are but your lambs so meek.

O! You are our opium, our endless field of poppies
In your careless delectation we are delirious puppies
Don’t tease us so, when shall we get to play and party?
After all, we’re not getting any younger and you’re already FORTY!

.

Meena and her boys, Part II

.

Happy 40th Birthday, my Lyrical Lady. You will always be All Woman to me.

Yes, indeed — what a gift! Not many has this rare (some say mutant) ability to make boys flush and flower from inside. Quickly, someone think of an X-Men codename for her!

(I think Flower Girl is taken; how about the Flusher?)

  • Luscious ,

Ah, the birthday girl herself appears! And aye, it appears the King of Emo can do humour too, or at least one post without the words “heart”, “love” or “drama” in it. :P

And the humour part is debatable. The more arduous part was the actual rhyming. You know I can’t rhyme to save me life. Hehe.

And oh, did I say 40? I must have meant 14…

  • LL is that you? You have such a beautiful smile. Happy Birthday. Kenny, thanks for revealing who LL is. Now, I have a face to match.

  • Good year! Celebrate. The beginning of a life of significance. More depth more wisdom. Away from the superficial lucre of worldly success. A very good dedication and milestone to the B/D girl.

  • Kenny Mah wrote:

    » Chin
Not sure about the birthday girl, but I wouldn’t mind a bit more superficial lucre of worldly success, hehe. :D

  • hmm, pestle or mortar or not, I’m sure she had a jolly good time at Palate Palette. Other than the colourful ambience, how was the food? been reading bout this place so many times …

and the LOL/LoL comment, hehehe .… it all depends if you’re straining or not. Or you’ve been a good boy and eat your fibres.

  • Kenny Mah wrote:

    » J2Kfm
The food is decent, some better than others. I’ve never been there during dinnertime but have nicely requested the waiter to check if the chef could prepare some of the “after 6pm only” dishes for me, and they have. Cool.

As for the LOL/LoL… fibres? Uhm, yes?

  • Sweet post.! Hahaha…LoL or LOL, straining or not? ROFL.…

  • Kenny Mah wrote:

    » wmw
Straining or not you gotta ask her yourself. You her “sista” ma…

  • Always preferred the quieter, more serious guy in the Pizza Place — Ruccolo I think :) Which one are you!

  • Kenny Mah wrote:

    » Paul
Yeah, I definitely prefer Richard Ruccolo. And I think I’m more like him anyway. I’m hardly the attention-seeker… :P

  • Oh, OK, Kenny the non-attention seeker. You, LL and FBB take the cake in rhyming marathons, tau?

(Phew! Managed to figure out why password was all wrong. For a few days there, I thot ’twas Alzheimer’s…)

  • Kenny Mah wrote:
