Monday, and things are back to normal again (read: lessons). In the afternoon, we had a Intercultural Exchange to adapt ourselves further. I think the teacher, a Ms. Reitzer, was quite weirded out by how familiar we were with each other (we have known each other for a week now). She seemed pretty formal and no-funny-business.

Which meant she got along just fine with Mike Stone…

Actually, the most interesting I learned was German presentation is detailed, structured, normally two hour long with no interruptions, with no humour or animation, and thus in my opinion, utterly boring! It seems German audiences are very disciplined and do not nod off at the drop of a dime.

I fear my passionate debating days may be quite limited here…
