    Fantastic stories all around. Loved the Woman who throws empty bottles. Very moody, and you managed to hide a fairy tale inside it. Did you write that or is it an old fairy tale? Never heard of it before.

    The merman story embedded in “The Woman Who Throws Empty Bottles Into The Sea” is an original of mine. I did not write it separately; I was writing the main story and came to the point where the two of them were stuck in the rain, and I asked myself, what do they do now?

    She tells him a story, of course. And that’s how it went…

    Hey Kenny. Here’s a really late reply to your question on your book: I read it a while back and thought that you did a really great job on it.

    Some of the ideas/messages behind the stories were a little hard for me to grasp but the way you put it all together was enthralling! I like!! CONGRATS. :)

    Thanks for your feedback. I’m glad you like it. I tried different perspectives on several of the stories, so as not to exhaust the 1st person, single male point-of-view.

    Anyway, ya don’t have to worry about grasping the ideas/messages behind the stories; YOUR interpretation is what matters, not the writer’s. (At least, not much…)

    Actually, I didn’t manage to write any new stories for Dark City 2 as I have been quite busy of late, and most of my stories here are either too short or lack a ‘twist’…

    Do submit your stories for Dark City 3 though… It’s coming out at the end of the year.
