In the spirit of remorse, I’ve decided to list some reasons why I’m glad to be where I am right now. Gratitude has to be expressed aloud, I think. Here we go:

1. I just remembered I do not like extreme cold. Malaysia’s as far away from extreme cold as I’d like it to be.
2. Food. Good food. Cheap food. Anytime. Yeah.
3. I’m eating more now. See above.
4. I’m doing what I like, which is Marketing.
5. I’ve realised doing what I like is more important than anything else.
6. I’ve realised getting to do what I like means I’m a real lucky bastard.
7. Even a real lucky bastard needs friends, and I have plenty.

And for all that, I’m grateful as every day of the week.
