Listen to your heart, the song implores. I will listen as I have never listened before. And who knows what life may have in store for me as I begin to listen more and more.
How precious life is, how fleeting, how short. How quickly it can slip away if we don’t realise, if we don’t appreciate. (Life’s tragedy, you tell me, is that it isn’t an endless state.) I love life, and if I must remind myself of this daily, then so I shall.
Listen to your heart, and listen hard.

Baru 3 minggu yang lalu, saya macam pernah baca ini… :p
@jemima: Good things are meant to be… rewritten then shared? Hehe.
Are you using songs to write your posts now?
@Michelle: Nope, not really — but that’s not a half bad idea. Neil Gaiman wrote a short short story to go with every one of the “girls”/songs on Strange Little Girls (a covers album by his friend Tori Amos).
what did you hear today? :D
@Sean: The sound of the traffic, mostly. *chuckles*
i know there’s something in the wake of your smile.
@Michelle Chin: Sounds mysterious…
Had to share this.

@Michelle: Roxette! At least someone remembers, haha.
hmmm listening to my heart sounds like a good idea…only when i am in a good mood. i reckon that when i am in a foul mood and if i listen to my heart…i’ll be a murderer:P
but seriously…life’s short. we remember the people and things around us. life’s precious:D
@missyblurkit: That life is — and our relationships and connections perhaps even more so.
meh… now there’s a mashup in my head of the following…
“Listen to your heart when he’s calling for you. Listen to your heart there’s nothing else you can do…”
and
“Listen to the song here in my heart, A melody I start but can’t complete. Listen to the sound from deep within,
It’s only beginning to find release…”
bah… all ur fault… :P
@asstha: Too mashups may mess up our heads, no? Hehe.
i’m listening to my heart now…dup dup..dup dup..i’m alive!yay!!
@lena: Hooray for listening to our hearts! (We can’t ever go wrong this way.)
