I was going to write about how gym last night was crowded and getting a space for myself in the weights area was nigh impossible. I was going to write about how I decided, after an hour and three supersets (1. dumbbell incline press/flat-bench fly; 2. dumbbell single-arm row/reverse fly; 3. standing cable crunch/incline reverse crunch), three sets for each pair, to head for a BodyBalance class, which meant another hour of twisting and contorting.
I was going to write about how the instructor started late due to some technical problems and how annoyed I was at the number of beginners in the class, meaning the instructor had to spend much time explaining positions and posture, which made us begin even later.
I was going to write about how the two hours plus of workout made me feel real sore today (though, in all honesty, I sorta enjoyed the BodyBalance class in the end, after all the hiccups).
But truth is, I’m just sore about everything else.
