“that others may not see as golden”

By Kenny Mah

When you are absent, the room seems smaller. This apartment far too quiet, an unbearable silence. The walls benefit from your laughter and your tender farts, your random questions shot out in a register I’ve come to be deaf to, to happily ignore. Deaf to your nonsense and your nagging, but I still hear you.

Record his laughter, farts & utter nonsense.
Play the recording when he’s away… & you won’t feel the unbearable silence.

    My 2 sens. :p

  2. Kenny says:

That’s so funny and also so … right. Thanks, dear.

Almost laughed out loud in the office after reading Jemima’s comment… *giggles*

Count ur blessings dearie, at least you’ll be united again soon enough… and that will be another cause for a celebration, no? ;)

  5. Kenny says:

We will, dear, thanks! (Though it’d be better if these private moments were fart-free! Hahaha …)

  6. Kenny says:

Every day is indeed a celebration. Hooray!
