I spent sometime yesterday writing a piece for today. Somehow I’ve misplaced it. It would have been a decent blog, a long one, about my friends of the Summer University a year ago and the day we spent at Augsburg running around. It was a story about friendship.

But I don’t see much of it these days in the news.

So instead of rewriting the entire thing (I’ll post it up if I ever find it), I think there’s time enough for talk and thought. Perhaps today is a time for silence, a quiet prayer for everyone on earth.
